Rather than using the crossing here, NCN route 63 uses a short section of shared-use footway then turns up the road opposite.

These Circuit of Rutland Water signs only appear where the route is on public roads.

Lots of cycle parking, mostly useless (logs and wheel benders), at the Horse and Jockey, Manton - but there are planters that bikes can be locked to.

It's not easy to find the way out of the Whitwell area to the east.

I don't think Staff Parking Only refers to the cycle stands.
